Membership

For people going through divorce or separation who need to understand exactly where they stand.

Divorce and separation are full of moments you aren't prepared for.

Whether you're dealing with divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements or domestic abuse, the instinct is to either pay a solicitor hundreds of pounds to explain it or guess and hope for the best.

There's a better option.

A solicitor will give you answers but at £350 plus VAT an hour.

Most people can't afford to keep asking questions. So they stop asking. They sign things they don't fully understand and hope it works out.

Going it alone means piecing it together from Google searches, Facebook groups, and friends who've been through it...none of whom know the specifics of your situation, your rights, or what's actually fair in your case.

Neither of those is good enough.

Not when the decisions you're making right now will affect your children, your finances, and your life for years to come.

The Learn Hub is your better option

Built by a practising family law solicitor, it gives you the legal knowledge to understand exactly what's happening in your case. What the process looks like, what your rights are, what's standard, what's not, and what you should think carefully about before you agree to anything.

Not so someone else can handle it for you. So when a letter arrives, when your ex makes a demand, when something is put in front of you to sign, you know exactly what it means, what's fair, and what you should never agree to without thinking twice.

What changes when you know where you stand?

  • The morning a legal letter arrives and instead of panicking you read it, understand it, and know exactly what it means.

  • The moment your ex makes a threat and instead of spiralling you recognise whether it has any legal weight behind it.

  • The conversation with your solicitor where instead of nodding along you ask the right questions and leave feeling in control of your own case.

  • The moment you make a decision about your children, your finances, your future, knowing exactly what's fair, what's reasonable, and what you are entitled to.

Real people. Real situations. Real difference.

Built by a practising solicitor. For the people the legal system leaves behind.

Most legal resources give you information. The Learn Hub gives you understanding of your specific situation, your rights, and what's actually happening in your case.

Behind it is a real practising family law solicitor, not a faceless legal content site and not AI. Someone who has spent over 20 years watching what happens to people who go through this without proper knowledge. Who has sat across the table from clients who agreed to things they didn't have to. Who has seen the look on someone's face when they realise it's too late to change what they signed.

That's why this exists. Not to replace your solicitor. Not to give you legal advice. But to make sure you never sit across a table or open a legal letter, without knowing exactly where you stand.

What You Get Inside

  • Bite-sized legal training videos - most under 7 minutes, designed for real life. Watch on your lunch break, in the car, or after the kids are in bed. Clear, plain English. No jargon.

  • Monthly live Q&A calls – bring your questions directly to me. Submit them in advance if you'd prefer. Keep your camera off. Use any name you like. No judgement, no clock running.

  • Ongoing content shaped by you - this is unlike anything else you'll find on the market. Tell me what you need to understand and I'll create it. Members regularly request content on their specific situation and I add it to the Learn Hub. Your questions drive what gets built here.

  • Quick wins! Templates and practical tools - solicitor-approved documents and templates you'd normally only access if you were paying by the hour. When something lands and you need to act, everything you need is right here.

  • Co-working sessions - focused time to work through something specific together. Not legal advice, but real structure and support for the moments when you need to actually sit down and get something done - a court application, a witness statement, a response to a legal letter.

  • Resource library – growing constantly, shaped by what members actually need. If it doesn't exist yet, ask and it will.

  • Private Facebook community – a safe, supportive space to ask questions without judgement. No question is too small.

  • Regular updates on court procedure and law changes - so you're never caught out by something that has changed without you knowing.

Your next move shouldn't cost you everything

  • The Learn Hub gives you access to expert family law knowledge - for a fraction of what a single hour with a solicitor would cost you.

  • £35 per month. No contract. Cancel anytime!

  • £385 per year. One month free, PLUS a private 30-min call with me (worth £180)!

    Compare that to:

  • A single fixed fee consultation with a solicitor: typically £250 - £600 (not including VAT).

  • Average solicitors hourly rate: £300 - £600 (not including VAT).

  • The average family law case in legal fees: £20,000 - £40,000.

  • Self-representing with no legal knowledge or support: high risk of poor outcomes and mistakes you can't undo.

For £35 a month you get direct access to me, content built around your specific situation, and the knowledge to make sure you never agree to something you didn't have to.

(Note: Whilst the membership is run by a qualified solicitor, The Friendly Family Lawyer Learn Hub does not provide regulated legal advice. The membership provides educational resources, guidance and support).

From not knowing where you stand to never being caught off guard again.

Is the Learn Hub for you?

It's for you if:

  • You're going through divorce, separation, child arrangements, a financial settlement or have domestic abuse concerns - and you need to understand what's happening in your own case without paying for every question you have.

  • You have a solicitor but want to make the most of their time and your money.

  • You want real legal knowledge from someone who actually knows family law - not recycled opinions from people who've been through it themselves but don't know your situation.

  • You're ready to be informed and involved in your own case, not just handed an outcome and told to accept it.

It's not for you if:

  • Your case is extremely complex or high conflict and requires urgent full legal representation.

  • You're looking for shortcuts or legal hacks - the Learn Hub is about doing things properly.

  • You want someone to handle everything for you - this is for those ready to take the wheel, with expert backup.

Get calm, expert support when you need it most, any time of the day - before one wrong move costs you more than you can afford to lose.

Why I built this?

I've spent over 20 years in family law and I've sat across the table from enough people to know exactly what happens when someone goes through this without proper knowledge.

They agree to things they didn't have to. They miss things they were entitled to. They make decisions in the dark because nobody explained what was actually happening in their case.

I've also been that client. Crying in frustration, trying to make sense of legal letters that felt like another language. Not knowing who to trust or where to turn.

That's why I built the Learn Hub. Not to replace solicitors but because understanding what's happening in your own life and what you're entitled to should never be out of reach.

Questions People Ask Before They Join...

Is this legal advice?

The Learn Hub is educational, not regulated legal advice. You’ll learn what to do, when, and how - so you can apply that knowledge safely to your situation. It’s like having a solicitor’s brain in your back pocket.

What if my situation gets complex?

You’ll have the knowledge to recognise when it’s time to get a solicitor involved - and avoid making irreversible mistakes while you figure it out.

Can I stay anonymous and ask questions anonymously?

Absolutely. This is a safe space, and your privacy is important.

You’re welcome to keep your camera off at all times and you don’t need to use your real name during group Q&A sessions.

If you’d prefer to remain completely anonymous, you can choose a login name that doesn’t identify you. Some members do this, especially if they’re worried the person they’re divorcing or co-parenting with might also join the group. It’s a simple step that can help you feel more emotionally safe and at ease in live sessions.

You will need to use the email address you purchased the membership with to log in, but that’s only visible to admin, never to other members.

Do I need legal knowledge?

Absolutely not. Everything is explained clearly and simply. You’ll be surprised how quickly you start feeling confident.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime. You can even join for a month, explore everything and leave if it’s not for you – no pressure, no catch. It’s my way of giving back: real support, exceptional value, and your choice every step of the way.

The annual membership gives you even more value - plus a free 1:1 session with me.

What if I’m not sure this will help my situation?

The Learn Hub is designed to help with a wide range of family law issues - from divorce to child contact, finances and domestic abuse. If your question isn’t answered yet, you can ask and I’ll create content around it. This space evolves with you.

Is this just for people who don’t have a solicitor?

Not at all. The Learn Hub is also ideal if you do have a solicitor but want to make the most of your time with them - by asking better questions, feeling more confident, and avoiding extra costs for every small query.

What happens on the live Q&A calls?

You can submit questions in advance or ask them live - totally up to you. Everything is confidential, and there’s no pressure to speak if you’d rather just listen and learn.

Every day you're in this without proper knowledge is a day you could be making decisions you can't undo.

The letters, the demands, the things you're being asked to agree to - none of it should feel like navigating in the dark.

This is your life, your children, your future. You are entitled to understand what's happening in it.

The Learn Hub exists exactly for this moment. For people who are trying to do this properly, protect what matters most, and come out the other side knowing they handled it right.

That starts today. For £35 a month.
